Our factory

Start with the process.Every tile to a standard.

Everything we sell is made on our own lines — sheeting, acrylic coating, natural stone granule and final cure, from coil to packed pallet.

How a tile is made

Four steps, all under our own roof.

  1. 01

Steel coil in. Aluminium-zinc coated steel is uncoiled, tension-levelled and cut to the width of the profile.

  2. 02

Roll-formed. Each profile is pressed on its own die set, so the step, barrel or shingle shape stays identical tile after tile.

  3. 03

Stone coated. Base coat, natural stone granule, then a clear acrylic overglaze — the layer that carries the colour and blocks UV.

  4. 04

Cured and checked. Panels run through a curing oven, then every batch is inspected for coating weight, adhesion and colour before packing.

Quality control

Four checks, every batch.

Not a certificate on the wall — four points on the line where a batch can actually be stopped.

  1. 01Coil in

Thickness, coating weight and surface are checked before the coil goes on the decoiler. Wrong coil, no run.

  2. 02In line

Thickness is measured continuously while forming. A sheet out of tolerance is rejected at the line, not sorted out later.

  3. 03Coat and bend

Every colour batch gets a cross-hatch adhesion test and a bend test. Granule coverage is checked by eye and by weight.

  4. 04Before loading

Each container leaves with a QC sheet signed by the line supervisor — batch number, colour, quantity, test results.
