Delivery Information
How ordering works
Every order is produced at our factory in Linyi, Shandong and shipped from there. You send the roof area, profile and colour; we work out the panel count, the packing plan and the freight to your port, then schedule production and load the container.
Lead time and freight
Lead time depends on profile, colour, quantity and destination — usually 15–25 days in production, plus sea freight. We confirm the exact schedule together with your quotation instead of publishing a blanket promise.
What we need from you
The project address or destination port, the approximate roof area, your profile and colour preference, and any container or unloading constraints. We confirm the packing and delivery details before the order is finalised.
Receiving your order
Check the packages against the packing list on arrival and tell us about any visible damage within 7 days. Keep the installation guide and test reports with the project.
